Welcome to LearnEng.app! This Payment Policy explains how subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellations are handled for users of LearnEng.app. By using LearnEng.app, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Access Plan
- All users can access the Free Plan, offering 10 practice calls per day with basic features..
- No credit card or payment information is required for the Free Plan.
- The Free Plan is available indefinitely unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
- New users can experience full access to all premium features for 7 days.
- To start the trial, users must provide valid credit or debit card details.
- No payment will be charged during the 7-day trial period.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged, and your access will revert to the Free Plan.
- If you continue beyond the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically activate, and charges will apply as per the selected plan.
Note: Each user is eligible for the free trial only once. If canceled during the trial, users can subscribe later but will not be eligible for another free trial.
3. Subscription Plans After Trial
After the trial ends, or if you upgrade from the Free Plan, you can choose one of the following subscription options:
a) Monthly Subscription
- Monthly auto-renewal billing cycle.
- You can cancel anytime.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month's charge.
- Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
b) Annual Subscription
- One-time upfront payment for 12 months.
- No cancellation or refund available after payment.
- Full premium access continues for the duration of the year.
4. Payment Methods
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout platform.
- You must ensure your payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid interruptions.
5. Billing and Invoicing
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
- Annual subscriptions are valid for 12 months and do not automatically renew.
- All invoices will be issued by Dot eVentures Pvt Ltd, the parent company operating LearnEng.app.
- Users can manage subscription details, billing history, and invoices through their LearnEng.app account.
6. Failed Payments
- In case of a failed payment, you will be notified and given a 7-day grace period to update your payment information.
- Access to premium services may be restricted during the grace period.
- If payment is not completed within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
7. Pricing and Changes
- LearnEng.app reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing.
- Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- You will have the option to continue or cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
8. Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are offered for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: All sales are final. No refunds are provided after purchase.
